Sending Gifts

To send a gift, simply add the recipients name and address as the shipping address during checkout.

We ship UPS!

The items you purchased will be shipped to you via UPS. This web site calculates shipping prices using the most current UPS shipping rates based on your chosen shipping method, zip code and the total weight of your order rounded up to the nearest pound. Your purchase is carefully packed to ensure it arrives to you unbroken.

Return Policy
 
Satisfaction with the items you purchase from Candlescape Design is important.  You may return  any item you purchased for another selection or a refund on the credit card used at time of purchase.  All items must be unused and repacked  in original packaging.  Please contact our customer service department before returning item.  A return shipment number will be given.  Please include original paperwork and return within 30 days of receipt.  Candlescape Design is not responsible for return shipping costs.
